Ben Duflou - Director

Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1999.

Ben has provided public practice services for near 13 years, with additional experience gained through involvement with management accounting, financial accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliance projects for large global organisations such as ANZ Bank & Electricity de France.

Ben is also the Director/Owner of All Accounted For Limited a Chartered Accounting Firm which has been in operation since January 2005 of which provides services to approximately 400 companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.

Ben’s experience includes management accounting for schools, child care centres and auditing of secondary schools; which has provided him with good base knowledge to help ensure schools met Ministry of Education financial reporting requirements.

Ben currently fully manages three schools through Xero but has associations with two other schools in providing ad-hoc advice to them; Ben has been preparing and working directly with schools financial statements since July 2008.

During Ben’s spends his spare time with his wife and three daughters, but still enjoys a game of golf and is a keen supporter of the All Blacks.

Peter Reweti - Associate

Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1998. Peter is also an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Management.

With more than 18 years’ experience with Chartered Accounting firms, Peter provides business solutions for his clients. Peter specialises in the business advisory area, with a particular focus on financial reporting, budgeting, business structuring and taxation advice.

Peter is currently the current Chairperson for the Newlands College Board of Trustees, undertaking in his third term. He was also recently appointed as a trustee to the Wellington College Foundation.

Sarah Toner

Sarah has worked as an Accountant for more than 10 years.

She has high level experience in management accounting and project work whilst working for large organisations such as Meat & Wool New Zealand Limited and the New Zealand Nurses Organisation.

Sarah has worked with a broad range of industries including motel management, restaurants and cafes, unions, rental properties, bakeries and butchers, printing and manufacturing and consulting.

Sarah provides hands on experience with her clients, specialising in the ability to translate complex accounting jargon into plain English within the business advisory area and providing Xero assistance.

During her spare time Sarah likes to spend time with her two nephews, snowboarding, travelling and entertaining friends. Sarah is also an avid follower of the All Blacks.

Bruce Earle - Consultant

Bruce is our accounting software consultant. Bruce runs his own firm in Johnsonville and has over 15 years experience providing accounting software solutions. Bruce has installed, trained and supported accounting software for numerous clients and also provides support for a number of other accounting practices throughout the Wellington area.

Bruce was one of the first to join Xero's partnership programme, providing significant input with regards to the development of Xero to meet both client and accountant needs. Bruce's relationship with Xero has allowed us to obtain changes to Xero and will continue to allow us putting forward recommendations to ensure further enhancements to the Xero accounting platform.
